'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La SAS M\u00e9tha de la Croix au Bois, dont le si\u00e8ge social sis Lieu-dit de la Croix au Bois 59236 FRELINGHIEN a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un dossier de demande d\u2019enregistrement relatif \u00e0 l\u2019installation d\u2019une unit\u00e9 de m\u00e9thanisation agricole au Lieu-dit de la Croix au Bois 59236 FRELINGHIEN avec une fosse de stockage du digestat brut d\u00e9localis\u00e9e \u00e0 AUBERS comprenant l\u2019activit\u00e9 principale soumise \u00e0 enregistrement au titre de la rubrique n\u00b0 2781 de la nomenclature des installations class\u00e9es pour la protection de l\u2019environnement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019\u00e9pandage se fera sur 27 communes du Nord : AUBERS, BEAUCAMPS-LIGNY, BOIS-GRENIER, COMINES, DEULEMONT, ENGLOS, ENNETIERES-EN-WEPPES, ESCOBECQUES, FOURNES-EN-WEPPES, FRELINGHIEN, FROMELLES, HALLENNES-LEZ-HAUBOURDIN, HANTAY, HERLIES, HOUPLINES, ILLIES, LA CHAPELLE D\u2019ARMENTIERES, LINSELLES, MARQUILLIES, PREMESQUES, QUESNOY-SUR-DEULE, RADINGHEM-EN-WEPPES, SAINGHIN-EN-WEPPES, SALOME, VERLINGHEM, WAMBRECHIES, WARNETON et 3 dans le Pas-de-Calais : FLEURBAIX, LAVENTIE, SAILLY-SUR-LA-LYS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du code de l\u2019environnement, une consultation est organis\u00e9e du <strong>lundi 29 ao\u00fbt \u00e0 9h00 au mardi 27 septembre 2022 \u00e0 12h00 <\/strong>(sous r\u00e9serve de fermeture exceptionnelle) en mairies de :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">AUBERS : 41 rue du Bourg du lundi au samedi de 9h00 \u00e0 12h00 et le vendredi de 14h00 \u00e0 16h00 ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">FRELINGHIEN : place des Combattants le lundi, mardi, jeudi et vendredi de 9h00 \u00e0 12h00 et de 14h00 \u00e0 17h30 ainsi que le mercredi et le samedi de 9h00 \u00e0 12h00 (ferm\u00e9 l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le public pourra prendre connaissance du dossier et formuler ses observations qui seront consign\u00e9es sur les registres ouverts \u00e0 cet effet ou lui \u00eatre annex\u00e9es si elles sont remises par \u00e9crit.
