Aussi, de l\u00e9gers ajustements des PLU doivent donc \u00eatre envisag\u00e9s, avec diligence, pour porter le dynamisme territorial et \u00e9conomique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour ce faire, afin de maintenir la coh\u00e9rence globale de nos documents d\u2019urbanisme, d\u2019assurer une lisibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019action publique notamment aupr\u00e8s du public et de garantir une mise en \u0153uvre la plus efficiente et rapide possible, il est propos\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der aux ajustements n\u00e9cessaires par le biais une proc\u00e9dure de modification des PLU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ces projets de modification font l\u2019objet d\u2019une concertation pr\u00e9alable en ligne du<strong>\u00a04 mars au 4 avril 2021<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">C\u2019est l\u2019occasion de recueillir les avis et les observations du public sur ces projets.
